I am unwell today due to my dysmenorrhoeal. I have to prepare things before Sabbath comes. I must be brave today by God’s grace. I hope I can manage to do things before sun sets. I have many things to do.

Anyway, I have something to share you which I found from the book of Ellen G. White in her book child guidance-Make Friday the Preparation Day.--On Friday let the preparation for the Sabbath be completed. See that all the clothing is in readiness, and that all the cooking is done. Let the boots be blacked, and the baths be taken. It is possible to do this. If you make it a rule, you can do it. The Sabbath is not to be given to the repairing of garments, to the cooking of food, to pleasure seeking, or to any other worldly employment. Before the setting of the sun, let all secular work be laid aside, and all secular papers be put out of sight. Parents, explain your work and its purpose to your children, and let them share in your preparation to keep the Sabbath according to the commandment.
In many families [on Sabbath] boots and shoes are blacked and brushed, and stitches are taken, all because these little odds and ends were not done on Friday. They did not "remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy."
On Friday the clothing of the children is to be looked after. During the week they should be all laid out by their own hands under the direction of the mother, so that they can dress quietly, without any confusion or rushing about and hasty speeches.
There is another work that should receive attention on the preparation day. On this day all differences between brethren, whether in the family or in the church, should be put.

For two successive days I did not take a bath for I was feeling cold and lazy to bath. Well, maybe because of the cold weather over here.

Today, I was disturbed by my headache that caused me to sleep almost the entire afternoon. Now, later on around 9:33 in the evening, I decided to take showers before going to bed. I just noticed the difference. I feel like being rejuvenated for I have taken my bath.

To those who are not feeling well, I would suggest to take a warm bath and you will feel comforted and rejuvenated.

The first compensation I got from my blog earnings was spent in buying sound tracks. It was very pleasing to know that you have spent your own money from your labors. Well, it is rewarding indeed. I am just very inspired for I now have something to save and to spend.

This baby is indeed one in a million. You might ask why? Because he was once a premature child and experienced hardship in life in order to survive. Now, he is very healthy and enjoying life to the fullest. May God continue to extend your life cute baby. Now, he is spending his marvelous life with his parents and he is celebrating his 7th months old of existence in this world.

Today, I got the courage to rebuke my co hilltop chorale singers because of thier blasphemious topics. THey were about to continue making fun of the Bible prophecy symbols by appointing somebody to be the characters.

So, I beg them to stop making fun of these topics. If ever they wanted to put these into social networking topics, it must be dealth with seriousness that would help build out our faith intellectually and spiritually so that we cannot be moved specially in this last days.

It's been a while that I did not update my blog. Busy mom don't have time to update in her blog. By the way, I'm doing great for this passed few weeks. My baby is doing great and she change her sleeping time. Before she slept during day time but now I'm happy that we both can sleep in the night. She's adorable baby and next time I will post her pictures in my blog. Her aunt is always asking her photo so they can see her since we are millions of miles away from each other. So I will post her photos the next time I update this blog. I have to get a going and catch some sleep now.
